GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE:

  1. Scope: These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all purchases of products (new and used football boots, sneakers, accessories) made on the Lavieenfoot.fr website.

  2. Orders: To place an order on our website, users must complete an online form and accept these terms and conditions of sale. Validation of the order by the user constitutes full and complete acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.

  3. Product availability: We strive to keep all products offered on our website in stock. However, some products may be temporarily unavailable. In this case, we will inform the user and offer a substitute product or refund the amount paid. Products are sold in boxes. It is possible that the boxes may not be the original ones (supplied by the manufacturer). Substitute products will be used (except for new products, which will be sold in their original packaging).

  4. Prices: Our product prices are listed in euros and include VAT (all taxes included). They do not include delivery charges, which are the responsibility of the user.

  5. Payment: Payment for products is made online via a secure payment provider (PayPal). Payment is required upon order confirmation.

  6. Delivery: Products are delivered to the address provided by the user when placing the order. Delivery costs are the responsibility of the user and are displayed before confirmation.

  7. Delivery charges may vary depending on the service provider chosen by the user (Mondial Relay, Chronopost, La Poste)
