Refund Policy

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

-Withdrawal period: the user has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

 

-Return procedure: Users must return football boots and sneakers in their original condition and packaging (except for products sold in alternative packaging), accompanied by the purchase invoice, to the following address: IDIR Jérôme, 90 D Route D'ingersheim, 68000 COLMAR. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the user.

 

- Exceptions to the right of withdrawal: the right of withdrawal does not apply to football boots, sneakers and accessories that are personalized or have been visibly used (this concerns personalizations on new products)

 


RETURN OF ITEMS:



Our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and/or in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging (except for products sold in alternative packaging).

Other items that are not returnable:

- Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted: (where applicable)
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for a reason not due to an error on our part.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund is approved or denied.
-Refund: We will process refunds for users via bank transfer (or PayPal) within 14 days of receiving the returned football boots or sneakers.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first double-check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. The posting of a refund is often preceded by a processing delay.

Items on sale or promotion (if applicable)
Only items at full price are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who gave the gift had the order sent to them with the intention of giving it to you later, we will send the refund to them and they will therefore know that you returned their gift.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insuring your shipment. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
